I just wanted to say how great I thought the article about homelessness by Joyce Marcel was in the Aug. 2 issue. I've been troubled by this issue for a long time. The explanation by Gregg Colburn makes so much sense - and it makes clear why Vermont has such a high rate of homelessness.
